I decided I wanted to get bigger after one of my friends started gaining muscle and getting tons of girls.

Whenever I did a set, I would aim for 8-10 reps of a weight.
I’d try to pick a weight where I struggled at 8 reps and could barely do the 10th.

If you weigh 150lbs and you’re lifting weights then eat between 120 to 150 grams of protein per day.
The upper end on days where you went beast mode in the gym.
Eating enough protein is essential for muscle gains.

That depends on a lot of things like how hard you go in the gym, how on point your diet is and whether you have a lot of muscle to gain or not in the first place.
Personally, I gained almost 15lbs about 4 weeks which is around 3.75lbs per week.
You can make serious gains very quickly with D-Bal.
What Happens If I Take Too Much?
The recommended dose is powerful enough that you will quickly feel the effects and get amazing results.
If you take more than the recommended dose then everything intensifies.
I actually think it works good to take a double dose on days where you’re training your weakest body part. But be careful.

Just a very important question . I know I have to take 3 tablets Perday but I just very wary something can happen . Side effects . I’m alway very cautious. Is it ok if I take 1 tablet per day. And is there something to worry. ?? Please If you can tell me ?????

Hey Luis, yeah I would actually recommend starting off with 1 per day and seeing how you get on with it. 3 might be a bit strong for some. Plus if you take less it lasts longer.
I’m 48 years old and have been working out again about a year ago I am seeing great results so far but would like an extra boost is D-Bal safe for someone my age or older?
48 isn’t that old! D Bal helps boost testosterone so I think that if you’re healthy enough to be working out then you can definitely use D-Bal and because the older you get the lower your testosterone goes this will help give you a top up and see some nice results.
Will d-bal help if you workout home, i.e. pushups, pull ups, squats? Where I live, most probably gyms won’t be available for some times, due to pandemic.
