King Of The Jews - Part 2How then can anyone truly know Jesus if they don't know the Word? Jesus said I AM the Alpha and the Omega (A and Z), the beginning and the end. Yes, Jesus is the Genesis and the Revelation, the beginning and the ending and everything in between. If you want to know Jesus, get to know the Word, the written expression of Himself. My Grandmother who led my entire family to Faith in Christ began teaching me prophecy as a young boy. She introduced me to Midnight Call, a ministry with an accent on end-time prophecy. Roughly 1/3 of God's word deals with prophecy. Prophecy is inextricably linked to the Gospel. The good news of Salvation takes on a particular lustre in these last days and shone like a beacon to the earliest believers in Y'shua. Why? The rapture. Even the heathen know now about this prophesied end-time event. (Rosanne Barr/Arnold) hosted an all-female comedy special on TV a few years ago. The first comic mentioned "The Rapture" with glee, stating she'd be happy to look after all the stuff left behind by the departing Christians. "Why do the heathen laugh and imagine a vain thing?" Psalm 2:1 Israel: God's Battle Ax and Threshing Machine and more: The survival of Israel and the Jewish race is a constant source of irritation to the powers of darkness. Islam is now bent on the destruction of Israel and every last Jew. Israel, the nation that was born again after 2000 years is divine proof of Yahweh'' existence and provision for mankind. God Almighty promised that through the seed of Abraham via Sarah, that all the nations of the world would be blessed. God also promised that as long as there was a Sun and Moon, seedtime and harvest, a Heaven and an Earth that there would also be a Jewish people. Though scattered abroad throughout all the earth, a remnant has always miraculously survived. The promised blessing of all the nations was to be accomplished by the birth of the anointed one, the Holy Child Jesus, a prophet, a man and a physical expression of God the Father. Jesus is fully God and fully man. He was proud of His nicknames, Son of God and Son of man. Y'shua's sacrificial death, burial and His resurrection paid the price in full for man's sin debt and opened a pathway to Heaven for fallen man. In that way all the nations are blessed. "For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16 From Haman to Hitler to the Hussein Clan, the Jews have survived the assault of the enemy but not without casualties. "As a man sows that shall he also reap." Gal. 6:7 What became of Haman, Hitler and at least part of the Hussein Clan? They received unto themselves the very punishments that they meted out towards the Jews. Haman was hung on the very gallows that he erected to execute the Jews of Medo-Persia. "Hang 'em high as Haman" has entered our language as a result of this miraculous turnabout. What about Herr Hitler? He died of poison and his body was burned to a cinder. Sound familiar? That which he meted out to millions upon millions of innocent Jews was poured back upon Hitler and a rain of fire fell on the nation of Germany, nearly eliminating their entire world. Saddam Hussein, a launcher of S.C.U.D. missiles at Israel, a vile murderer and torturer, was found crouching in a hole in the ground, just as the Jews he'd fired missiles upon had sought shelter below ground. Yes, what goes around comes around, especially when it involves God's chosen people, the Jews. Hezbollah and Hamas can expect judgement to fall on them sooner or later, just as it fell on Saddam. Israel: Apple of God's Eye Several verses in the Old Testament record God's infinite love for the Jews by comparing them to the "apple" of His eye. "Apple" in these writings means "Pupil". How precious must the Jews be to God? How much do you value your eyes? How sensitive are your eyes? The tiniest speck of dust causes extreme discomfort to our own eyes and all but the rankest fools protect their own eyes zealously. How much more zealously must God, the all-seeing One, protect His eyes? Think about it. Now we are seeing the final chapter of God's relationship with Israel and the world unfolding. No more will the Jews march silently into the killing chambers, no more will they lay down defenselessly awaiting their doom. God has been preparing their hearts and minds and souls for this, the final hour. Israel is repeatedly referred to as a weapon and instrument of judgement against her enemies, wielded by God. He calls them: a battle ax, a threshing machine, a fire, a burdensome stone, a cup of poison! Jeremiah 51:20 Zechariah 12:6 "In that day I will make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left." Zechariah 12:2 "Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling (poison) unto all the people round about." (the Arab nations) Zechariah 12:3 "I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for ALL people. All that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces." Have you ever seen a battle ax? They are fearsome weapons. Israel is God's battle ax and weapon of war. Jer. 51:20 "Thou art my battle ax and weapons of war with thee will I break in pieces the nations." Israel is God's sharp-toothed threshing machine. Have you ever heard the expression, "Your ----- is grass and I'm the lawn mower". Isaiah 41:14-16 "...ye men of Israel: I will help thee, saith the Lord, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. Behold I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains and beat them small and shalt make the hills as chaff. Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the Lord and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel". "Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing and they that strive with thee shall perish". Isaiah 41:11 "...they that war against thee shall be as nothing and as a thing of nought". Isaiah 41:12 Think about it. Israel, in the grave for 2000 years, born in a day, attacked at birth from every side, unhelped by man, ignored by the world, rebuked and rejected by the U.N., survived and triumphed. The next war and the next and the final war will be the same. God Almighty has staked his claim on His land and will judge the nations for their abuse of His chosen people and the parting of His land. The Jews themselves are suffering for parting His land. "Land for Peace" is a cruel joke. Total destruction and annihilation of the Jews is the oft stated goal of the Philistines (so-called Palestinians) and Radical Islam. During the final war, Armaggedon, those prophetic words will take on a whole new meaning. "Except those days be shortened, there should be no flesh saved". Matt. 24:22 With each successive campaign against Israel, God is drawing in more and more of the world; the unbelieving world that rejects Him and is ripe for judgement. God promises to protect His people Israel against all foes, yet most of Israel will perish in the process. Armaggedon, the prophesied final war, will take place in the valley of Har Meggido (Armaggedon) as have so many battles throughout history. Napoleon himself described the plains of Har Meggido as the perfect battlefield. Israel is the land bridge to Africa and an access to warm water ports so desirable to Russia. Israel's obvious proximity to the world's greatest oil reserves, the Arabian deserts, now are added to by a massive oil discovery off the shores of Western Africa. So large and rich in oil that a coup was launched recently to take control of the tiny African nation inland from the strike; a coup financed privately employed mercenaries from around the globe. The "oil from below" so desired by the world, the filthy stinking petro chemical is an obvious counterfeit to the precious "oil from above", the Spirit of God, ignored and rejected by an unbelieving world. Israel was chosen to be the vessel of this oil from above which would bless all the nations of the world. Israel's cousin, the sons of Ishmael, control most of the "oil from below". Their unutterable wealth has been used to finance the terrorism that shook our nation to its very core on 9/11. Islam declares the world is divided into two categories: Dar Al Islam and Dar Al Haab. The house of Islam and the house of the infidel. According to their beliefs all the earth must be subdued by Islam at the point of the sword; the message is submit or die by the sword. Any part of the house of Islam which reverts to Dar Al Haab must, I repeat, must be retaken by any means possible. |
