666: The Final Countdown

After 30 years of studying Eschatology, I feel as if God has allowed me to have some glimpses of truth that His word offers. Like many of you, you discover that as we roll up our sleeves and dig, though it may take years, God begins to shed light on some very deep places in His Divine program. One thing that really became impressed upon me in the last few years is that the counterfeit kingdom, the 666 system is really all about man, man, man. 6 is the number of man. The satanic trinity is still totally dependent on man, whereas God needs no person. God is all-sufficient. God is all-knowing. God is all-powerful.

To imitate these Divine attributes, satan will incorporate man to carry out his program. To be omniscient or all knowing, satan will use people; people to keep an eye on each other, monitor each other's activities. In the New Age movement, Universal Consciousness is a concept much loved and embraced and discussed and sought after. In fact, it's possible that we are all connected through some ethereal mechanism. Identical discoveries by scientists working in different countries have been made at exactly the same time even though there was no obvious connection between them and no communication as such. Have you ever thought about someone from long ago and at that precise moment the phone rings and it's them. I don't doubt that we can be urged by the Holy Spirit in some of these instances, but it appears that even unbelievers possess some innate mind-melding capabilities. But that's not what I'm really talking about. No, on a more mundane yet sinister level, humans can be impelled by a number of factors to spy on each other and report on one another's behavior.

Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro and so on used them, the Kings and Queens of ages past did too, dictators and strong men of today and even again the Vatican use spies to consolidate and keep power. Much more effective and cheaper to operate than Secret Police, neighborhood watches have a way of keeping tabs on people and inspiring fear and obedience in them that we might find hard to understand. If you can find one who'll discuss the matter openly, ask a Cuban or a Chinese person over 30 what it's like to live in such a climate. Of course there are already hordes of paid snoops, everyone from the folks watching you on TV monitors while you're shopping to officials monitoring video screens in Airports, Subways, Train Stations and Police monitoring activity on roads, street corners and motorways. The whole alphabet soup of professional snoopers, FBI, ATF, NSA, DEA, CID, CSI, NCIS and some we don't even know exist, stand ready to bring the whole weight of the Nation and State to bear in keeping tabs on you and yours.

Combined with "Digital Angel" type technology, credit card activity reports, spyware in computers and as already stated, satellite imagery, picture and sound monitoring of computer users, infra-red imaging cameras capable of "looking" through walls, night vision, cel phone and land-line monitoring, cel phone video and picture monitoring, man has the ability to be the global eyes and ears for satan, giving him a type of combined omniscience and omnipresence. I'm fairly new to computering and I was stunned the first time I wrote an e-mail to a friend and mentioned the word "harmonica" and was immediately bombarded with pop-up ads for "harmonicas", "music stores that sell harmonicas" and all other manner of "harmonica" related products. Granted, it was the computer that was watching me, but it was a man who invented the thing and programmed it to spy on me and try to entice me to purchase goods.

The final masterstroke, the mark of the beast, will make him all-powerful. By controlling the means to buy or sell, he will control the means of survival for humanity. If you can't buy or sell, you can't travel, you can't purchase food, you can't purchase medicine or medical treatment, water, shelter, clothing or the power to light, heat your home or cook your food, cool your home or preserve your food; well you will be left for dead. Lest you think you might grow your own food or raise your own livestock, there are already programs being implemented to make that extremely difficult if not impossible. Genetically altered seeds that grow seedless crops are becoming more widespread. Therefore, you must BUY YOUR SEED every time you want to plant a crop. Livestock is now routinely being eartagged with "Digital Angel" type chip technology in an effort to combat the spread of disease. So, if your animals aren't tagged and can't be scanned and logged by Agricultural Authorities you would soon be found out.

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name" Revelation 13:16-17

An interesting sidebar to this; Did you ever hear anyone say, I was treated like a number or I felt just like a number. Well, apparently to satan, that's all you are or ever will be. On the other hand, God named his creation, Adam and he went so far as to even name the stars. In fact, according to some Biblical interpretations, in Heaven the Lord himself shall give us each a small white stone that has a name that only the Lord and the person to whom he gives the stone will know. One commentator likened it to the way couples give each other "pet" names, like "honey" or "sweety" but as many of us know, we over time bestow the most unique nicknames on our loved ones, names that no one but they and we know. I'd like to think that's what the Lord will give us; an intimate, unique name that shows his personal love for us in a very familiar way. But to those who belong to the devil, they'll always be prisoner 666-a-number.

Make no mistake, the Beast System implemented by the Anti-christ, will be incredibly successful. "And his power shall be mighty.....and through his policy also he shall cause craft (commerce/business) to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many (of his enemies)." Daniel 8:24-26 The incredible successes of the aforementioned humanistic enterprises which satan oversees will convince man that he is indeed all-sufficient. Just like the lie to Eve in the garden, satan continues to whisper to man that if he or she would just look within, they would realize they were god and completely self-sufficient. By implementing the Beast System, peace and prosperity will at last be in man's grasp and he will usher in the New Age as Homo Noeticus, the New Man, self-aware, needing no god to guide and correct him. These are bed-rock teachings of the New Age Movement. Many in that movement, evolutionists to the core, believe Mankind is poised to take a great leap forward in the final phase of his evolution to become Homo Noeticus, the New Man, the Perfected Man, achieving ascended master status or Christ-Consciousness. Everyone from the Masons to the Buddhists are ready for this great leap.

According to scripture, the first 3 and 1/2 years of the 7-year "Tribulation" period will actually be a time of unprecedented peace and prosperity. But just at the mid-point of this "week of years", the devil will be seen in the details. Apparently at this point in time, satan will completely possess the man known as the Anti-christ and will break his covenant with the Jews, abolishing their Temple worship and seating himself in the Temple and demanding that he be worshipped as god of gods. Thus begins the 3 and 1/2 year period known as the time of "Jacob's Trouble", or "The Great Tribulation". For when he breaks his covenant with Israel, the true intent of destroying every Jew will become apparent as the Anti-christ will embark on a pogrom against them that will be worse than the Holocaust. READ REVELATION 12:1-17 and compare to GENESIS 3:15 and to DANIEL 7:25)

At the same time the cat will be out of the bag, so to speak, and mankind will realize it has been duped. Man is not the head but the tail. Satan will be wagging the tail. No more peace, love and understanding. Worship him or die.
